• Returns

- Returns can be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns requested outside the standard 14 day window will be accepted at our discretion.

- Please note items are dispatched from different locations, so please do not send your item back before your return has been approved and organised.

- To return an item fill in the returns form within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will need your email address and/or telephone number and order number.

- Once the return has been accepted you need to send the items to us within 14 days.

- In order for us to process a refund items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Including draw-string bags, gift boxes and any other branded material. 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We keep our prices as competitive as we can and so can not offer free returns. We recommend you use a tracked service to ensure the security of the contents during transit back.

- The customer is responsible for safe arrival of the item.

- Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable. So when you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.  

- International Orders. Important note. Please label the parcel as a 'return to original sender' as this will ensure there are no custom duties to pay. If this is not marked properly the parcel will be returned to you and will need to be resent correctly.

   

- Bespoke, personalised and made to measure items can not be returned.

- Earrings, unfortunately due to hygiene can’t be returned.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

- Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply at our discretion).

- Your refund will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 10 working days to credit your account. If after that period you still have not received your refund drop us a line on info@unearth-store.com and we’ll help you to sort it out.

- Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item you will have to return the original piece and place a new order for the size/colour you require.

- For made to measure orders please contact us on info@unearth-store.com if your item needs resizing. 

If you change your mind you may be able to cancel your order if your items have not been shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible on info@unearth-store.com and we will look into it for you. If you have already received your order, you will need to return the items following the returns process.

- It is rare but if an item is faulty when you receive it, please email us on info@unearth-store.com within 14 days from the date you received it. Please include a photo and description of the fault.

- If we can confirm that there was a fault present when we originally despatched the order you will be entitled to whichever we see fit, either a replacement or full refund, including postage charges via your original payment method. If you are requested to return the item we recommend you use a tracked service to ensure the security of the contents during transit back.

- Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months.

- Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

- Nothing above affects your statutory rights in any way.
